Holly Gudino

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in mental health. I am also a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist and love serving our Hispanic community with enthusiasm.

I have worked in the mental health field for the last six years within an inpatient hospital setting offering patients supportive services.  In recent years, I have focused on parent guidance and education, while working with families that have children on the spectrum and ADHD. I am an Incredible Years parent support facilitator for both preschool and autism spectrum diagnosis.

Some of the areas that I practice include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, marriage and family issues, trauma and PTSD. With working within these areas, I use an integrated approach while using a variety of counseling theories and methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment theories and Crisis Intervention Models.  I also offer faith-based counseling for those that wish to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.

My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe place to help you grow and navigate through life’s challenges. I want to come alongside you as a partner to help work through the challenges in the therapeutic process.
