Caroline Gilmore
Intern for ACW
Your path to wellness begins here! Just as you were created uniquely, your journey to healing will be unique to you. I am a counseling intern at Asheboro Counseling and Wellness.
I’ve had the privilege of calling Asheboro home for 20 years and in that time I’ve had experience leading a non-profit organization working with women facing unexpected pregnancies. I have also been a stay at home mom and have experienced my own mental health battles following a life-threatening diagnosis for one of my children.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals of all ages in areas including but not limited to identity, grief, adverse medical diagnoses, depression and anxiety, stress, relationships, and coping. I am able to offer faith-based counseling if you desire Christian beliefs to be incorporated into your therapy.
I look forward to helping you grow and develop the tools you need to succeed in your personal mental health journey.

Anticipated Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
