The Opportunity:

This position is for a full time Mental Health Therapist (LMCHC/A, LCSW/A, or LMFT) who can work with children and teenagers ages 5-18 in a school-based setting, as well as in our Asheboro Office.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and we offer necessary training to work in specialty areas such as family therapy, trauma, and play therapy.
What You'll Do:

Provide 25 clinical hours per week and maintain case notes on all client and client related interactions.

Provide outpatient therapy in a school-based setting, meeting with children, teenagers, and families on-site at the student’s school and/or in our Asheboro office.

Consult and collaborate with our team of clinicians on a weekly basis (currently Wednesdays at 2pm).

Meet with your clinical supervisor on a weekly basis.

Meet with the owner of ACW on a regular basis (typically every other week for 30 minutes).

Opportunities to provide group counseling, educational and consultation services to local organizations, schools and businesses.
We offer:

W-2 position that allows clinicians to focus exclusively on their clinical work while Asheboro Counseling and Wellness provides billing, marketing, and administrative support. This is NOT a contract (1099) position and offers a private practice setting without the administrative burden.

Health insurance, short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance policies, optional vision and dental policies, and an optional retirement plan.

On-site supervision for full licensure is provided as a benefit to therapists working with a provisional license.

60 hours of paid training (admin rate) while building your caseload the first month.

Consistent referrals
-
Annual Paid Time off: 15 days equivalent to 5 clinical hours per day; After two years of employment, this increases to 20 days.

7 paid Holidays (5 clinical hours per day):
-
Flexible hours, allowing you to tailor your own schedule and caseload. In addition to setting your own hours at the school you are serving, you can schedule office clients as well as telehealth clients.

Continuing education reimbursement

Regular group consultation and collaboration

Extra pay for training, marketing, and other administrative tasks

Opportunities to develop specialty areas and/or advance in leadership
Pay:
-
$41/hour starting rate for Clinical hours (billable time with clients)

Bonus pay for Clinical hours that exceed 25 sessions/week.
-
$20 for Administrative hours (training, meetings, other assigned tasks).

$40 technology stipend for computer/phone usage
-
Reimbursement for mileage at standard reimbursement rate (currently 72.5 cents per mile).
